Her career includes roles as a CEO, founder, and board director, where she has worked to grow organisations, create jobs, and deliver practical results in complex environments.

She has a strong background in business and governance, giving her a clear understanding of the challenges facing New Zealand’s economy and future workforce. Candace enjoys spending time with her partner, Rob and their dogs, and she is actively involved in community and charitable work.

She has built her career in Auckland Central, one of New Zealand’s most vibrant and fast-growing parts of the country, known for its energy, diversity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
