Eligible donors can donate up to $6,000 per calendar year without publicly disclosing their details. This can be a single donation or multiple donations that add up $6,000. Eligible donors who donate more than $6,000 per calendar year, will have their name, address and the total amount donated publicly disclosed in the National Party’s annual donation return. In an election year, eligible donors who donate more than $20,000 between 1 January and the day before election day, will have their name, address and value of their donation disclosed to the Electoral Commission within 20 working days. This will be posted on the Commission’s website. This can be a single donation or multiple donations that add up more than $20,000.
