The Policy Advisory Groups are a collection of members with a particular policy interest or common background that provide policy proposals and substantive research to the National Party alongside the Parliamentary Section.

They recognise that good environmental practice is not only important to protect our natural heritage, but is crucial in securing the sort of future we want for our children.

The Defence, Foreign Affairs & Trade PAG focuses on policy which impacts both our national and international security, reputation, and competition.
The Digital Technologies PAG focuses on policy that means our digital technology sector remains competitive internationally.
The Economy PAG formulates fiscally responsible policy focused on developing a sustainable, enterprising, and competitive economy that delivers for all New Zealanders.
The Education PAG works closely with sector leaders and professionals to develop policy that is internationally competitive and forward-looking.
The Health PAG works closely with sector leaders and professionals to generate policy that creates a more efficient, state-of-the-art health system that provides for the most vulnerable.
The Immigration PAG focuses on policy that takes into consideration New Zealand’s sustainability, economic competitiveness and international trends of immigration.
Law & Order
The Law & Order PAG focuses on policy that ensures the protection of New Zealanders.
The Local Government PAG focuses on policy that enables Local Government to work constructively in their areas, collaborate with Central Government, and effectively deliver for their constituents.
