That means not just having the economic infrastructure that will grow the economy and create jobs, but the social infrastructure that will see our kids taught in world-class facilities and give us access to healthcare to stop us getting sick.
National has a plan to free up rules and restrictions around consenting to ensure houses get built. Everyone now accepts planning reform must happen, which is why National is proposing to repeal and replace the Resource Management Act (RMA).
