The Board of Directors gives notice that the 86th Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand National Party will take place on Saturday 6th August 2022, at Te Pae - The Christchurch Convention Centre.

The Board

The Constitution and Rules of the New Zealand National Party state that “Board members shall be elected for a term of three years and shall then retire and be eligible for re-election.” Rule 35 (i).
The Board advises that the following Board Members retire in 2022.

• Rachel Bird
• Peter Goodfellow
• Sir Graeme Harrison

All have indicated to the Board that they intend to seek re-election Nominations for the three (3) positions on the Board are called for in accordance with Rule 35 (b) (c).

Nominations will close at 12:00pm, (midday) on Tuesday 21st June 2022.
