Primary Industries and Environment

The Primary Industries and Environment Policy Advisory Group (PAG) focuses on developing policy that reflects the sustainability and competitiveness of one of New Zealand’s most profitable sectors, as well as ensuring we balance the needs of protecting and enhancing our natural environment. 

As a Party with a proud rural and provincial history, we work with Party members, Members of Parliament and stakeholders to develop policy and act as a voice for New Zealand’s primary industries as well as stewardship of our environment.

The Primary Industries and Environment PAG is co-chaired by Grant McCallum, Chris Severne, Barbara Kuriger MP and Scott Simpson MP.
