Speech to Marlborough recreational fishers

The Minister of Fisheries spoke to recreational fishers in Marlborough at a special forum convened to discuss the future of blue cod fishing in the Marlborough Sounds. He took the opportunity to announce the formation of a management group to develop solutions for the fishery's future.
